Alamo Colleges District

Support instructional technology tools for five autonomous, individually accredited colleges. Work as part of a team to ensure responsive and thorough assistance to faculty, staff and students.


University of the Incarnate Word

Blackboard Administrator supporting all schools and colleges, including faculty, staff and students. Additional instructional technology tool support and mobile initiatives fell underneath this role.



Instructure Canvas Community

A Canvas Community Coach working in the community system (Jive) to help support over 320,000 registered users on the use and administration of the Instructure Canvas Learning Management System.


University of North Texas

Supported the faculty help desk in a remote capacity in the use and technical issues of the Blackboard Learning Management System.
 



Blackboard

Working as part of the North American Higher Education Solutions Engineering team. Partnered with sales operations to work with institutions to discover pain points in a pre-sales role.
 


Texas A&M University - CEHD

As part of the College of Education Distance Learning team, helped run a faculty and student help desk for distance learning needs including course creation/management and video conferencing support.
